He is Current position -Deputy Manager GRA, Makola Small Taxpayer Office. Mr. Osei Teaches Indirect Taxation.

He holds an advanced degree in Taxation and has previously worked with several multinational corporations to navigate complex tax environments. Francis Fred's expertise includes structuring efficient tax frameworks for new market entries and optimizing tax strategies for cross-border operations.

Accounting and tax professional with over 5years hands-on experience in Tax Administration, Accounting and Financial Operations in government and private industry and business advisory.
He has worked with KELM Engineering Ghana Ltd, an incorporated limited liability company, which provide specialist Electrical, Mechanical, Building Maintenance services and offer a wide range of technical support services as well as sale of electrical and mechanical items as an accountant.
He has worked with the Ghana Revenue Authority stationed with the Large taxpayer Office as an audit team lead. He has been a participant of numerously workshop aim at enhancing tax administrations in Ghana.
Strengths include ability to handle multiple assignments, fast learner and ability to teach, ability to work with other professionals as a team to achieve set target and capable of working individually with little or no supervision.
Research interest includes taxation, accounting, auditing and financial management.
